Dark tan head. Fades. Black color. Thick.
Amazing barrel and adjunct flavor. The graham cracker blends in but the vanilla and cinnamon show a lot. Very fudgy. Chocolate. Faint roast. Warming bourbon with oak. Full bodied. This is a great ba stout.

Orpheus is a brewery that is new around these parts. The bottles are well designed and the price tag is up there. I was weary but they seemed well received and Disassemblage had the flavors I crave. It is an imperial stout aged in bourbon/rye barrels with graham crackers, cinnamon, and vanilla. The beer coats the glass and the bourbon and vanilla are the main flavors. I am glad I picked this up because it is on the higher end of the stout spectrum.
