A - Similar as earlier review... not much room for any head. Copper look pretty clean. Low to medium carbonation.
S - Unexpected Surprise.. Pure to style.
Nice, clean touch of spice balanced with caramel.
T- Great balance. Caramel comes through but not over powering. Hops take a nice turn.
M- Medium body with low to moderate carbonation.
O - Pleasant, easy-drinking ESB. Great for any season..

My go to beer at elk, almost sessionable at 6 percent, and spot on for the style. Good lacing for an ESB, more crisp than bitter. A solid offering from a brewery on the right path.

On-tap in a shaker pint
A- The beer arrived as a very full pour without much room for any head. Copper body gets quite clean. Medium-heavy carbonation. No real lace left on the glass.
S- Kind of subdued, but pleasant. Brown sugar or caramel with a little light spice from the hops.
T- Much as the aroma suggests, caramel with light floral and spicy hops. Very straight forward.
M- Medium body with moderate carbonation.
O- It's an extremely easy drinker. No bells or whistles, but it doesn't really need any. Wouldn't mind if it was slightly lower on the ABV scale. It would make for a good session ale.
