Had this on 2014-07-21 at the brewery and again on 2015-11-15 from a fresh growler (1 hour old) from the brewery.
A - Clear tan-orange with a 1-finger tan head with moderate lacing.
S - Sweet, lightly roasted malt, grape and juniper fruit aroma, touch of hop vegetal.
T - Follows the smell but with more emphasis on the quite-malty, bready/caramel base, then a nice bit of citrus flesh, a good dollop of pine and juniper, then a nice, long-lingering hop oil flavor and bitterness. Tastes good.
M - Medium body and carbonation. Substantial for the style.
O - This is an enjoyable brew. The juniper berries add a nice spice without giving any sense of drinking gin.
