I enjoyed this on tap at Mexitaly served in a pint glass.
The color is golden amber with good clarity and light hazed look and thin white head with very good retention and fine bead with lace that sticks well. The smell is good with nice citrus/tropical smell with strong orange rind type w/ slight pine accent. The texture is moderately high in bitterness w/ mild astringency and subtle sweetness with medium light astringency and semi-dry tangy finish with long residual bitter aspect.
The flavor is good with subtle grassy and tangy orange rind with light caramel in the malt flavor with more bitterness mid palate with a hint of pine in the hop profile and low malt which is there just to support the hops which tastes strong like a high alpha variety was used -good and earthy with dank and light tangy tropical with a semi-sweet finish.
Overall this is a solid and drinkable IPA, enjoyable for the hop flavor with respectable bitterness level -not shy but not overly bitter pretty solid and worth trying.
