Flanders Red Ale is one of the winners of Samuel Adams' 2015 LongShot American Homebrew Contest. It was created by Samuel Adams employee Colin Foy. I had it on tap at the brewery in Boston. It was a dark red/amber. Decently acidic and sour with a slight tartness that you tend to lose the sense of after a few sips. Overall an enjoyable beer high recommended. For those of you not near the brewery it will be in variety six-packs by Spring 2016.
