Enjoyed at the 2016 Copenhagen Beer Festival in Boston, MA. Reviewed from notes.
A - Poured a light crystal clear ruby hue with a thin one finger head that faded slowly to leave nice lacing and a thin blanket.
S - Aromas of strawberries, vanilla, and light brett. Pleasant.
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Big funky brett and strawberry notes, however, I do get a little bit of diacytl on the finish though. Very unfortunate as without that it's quite pleasant.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, clean.
O - Overall this was a solid wild ale, a fun one exclusively for the fest, but the diacytl on the finish is just really a shame. Without that it's a very nice beer!
