A longtime Boston Brewery favorite, this German-style Wheatwine is brewed with the famous Weihenstephan yeast strain, aged in bourbon barrels, and back-sweetened with a touch of honey. This beer exhibits big tropical fruit character, classic clove and banana notes, and finishes with a touch of heat. 11.3% ABV

Look: Pours brown, with two inch head. Low carbonation.
Smell: Maple syrup, chocolate, cherries, and Bourbon heat.
Taste: Chocolate, cherry, vanilla, raisins, figs, Bourbon, and cognac.
Mouthfeel: Complex, plenty of barrel, but very smooth.
Overall: An excellent wheatwine. This must be the closest beer to Utopias.
