Purchased a growler on 1/24 at the Jamaica Plain brewery. Growler was filled on 1/21 and the best enjoyed by date was 2/4. Could not wait to get home to try this beer. Poured a dark brown with a heavy tan head. Smelled of coffee, chocolate, and cherries. Smooth, not overly sweet taste with a great soothing aftertaste. I enjoyed this beer from a Sam Adams glass with a good cigar. I can't wait to get back and have my growler refilled.
