This offering is the house ale for the Arooga's sports bar chain.
Pours a rich copper color with over a finger of head. The nose has mild but definite notes of toasted malt and bread. The flavor is rich and caramel-like with a semi-dry finish. The body is quite hearty for the style.
This is the ale version of a solid table wine. It would pair well with almost any meal but it could also stand alone as a flavorful sessionable drink.
