Like our home team, this session ipais lively and light but packs a flavorful punch. Crisp and easy drinking with citrus and tropical fruit notes. It's best served with a Frank and a little dirty water ( not the literal kind).

A: Pours a lightly hazy yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap
S: Citrus and light stone fruit up front along with some grassy and earthy notes as well
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with a mix of citrus, grass, and earthy undertones and then goes into a moderate bitterness. Finishes with lingering earthy tones and citrus
M: Light-medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid session IPA that is very easy to drink. Great for watching a game with (at least on tv right now with this whole pandemic)

I’ll be honest, being a sox fan, the branding got me. This beer is a carbonated IPA that is definitely meant for the fenway park fan to slam a few back while at the game. In the process spending 30 dollars on 3 beers. However, it has decent IPA taste and feel. Nothing to go crazy over, but enough to help you survive when it’s the 8th inning and the tourists are belting out Sweet Caroline. A decent beer. Not the best from Sam.
