Had this today at the Pats game and sat down to write the review pre-game. It's only served in plastic cups so we had to deal with that.
Came with a thin tan head that did fade almost immediately. Dark brown, looks like coffe syrup (Rhode Island thing) No lacing... last year the dpa had a lot in the same type of plastic cup.
Aroma is of cocoa powder, chocolate syrup with some sweetness.
Mostly chocolate tones, almost like malted milk balls. Some mineral flavors as well. These come out more as it warmed.
Thick silky body
Pretty decent oatmeal stout. Glad I tried it..

Got this on Tap at the Patriots vs Bengals pre-season game this week. A decent oatmeal stout. Had a pretty nice look to it. Pours dark, dark brown with a dark colored frothy head that lingers. You could tell it has some lacing to it, I would have liked to have had it in a glass but it was a plastic cup so it wasn't given the justice it deserved. The smell was ok, it had a chocolate aroma with some molasses with a very feint smell of burned or toasted grain. Taste is good, similar to the smell but much stronger and a little better in my opinion. The mouthfeel was ok, it left a very dry feeling on the tounge like an Irish Dry Stout but not quite as bad and it was a little more carbonated than I expected so it bit back a little. It was pretty drinkable for a stout, drank almost like a porter. I enjoyed this one overall but I'd suggest this one sit for about 10 minutes before you start drinking it. I'd give it a try if you're at a Pats game this season.
