Straw to gold color with a nearly imperceptible haze. Modest head but it retains the rim bubbles throughout. Good steaks for lace.
Flowery with a bit stale beer house sourness. I get over notes of plum.
Relatively dry with a decent body and an elevated carbonation. The finish is even dryer with a black pepper bittering hop swallow. Long aftertaste.
