Gourd Vibes Only

It’s pumpkin season and while here at the Sam Adams Cincinnati Taproom, I had to give this bad boy a chance. Poured in a goblet, it’s one of the prettiest beers I’ve see. It’s a bright orange and the way it fills the goblet bulb glass resembles a pumpkin. On the nose you get carrot aromas, some spice, maybe other gourds aside from pumpkin. Taste wise it’s clean and a thick like a syrupy mouthfeel. Very heavy on the carrot taste, like a carrot cake. Strangely a good flavor for a beer. Quite the beer with flavors that come from the ground like carrots and gourds.
