Poured from a bottle into my Sam Adams Perfect Pint glass. This beer pours a clear, medium golden/amber color w/ a white head that's an inch thick when first poured. Head settles eventually to some big cluster swirls of film layer foam surface coating with a medium sized ring lining the inside of the glass at the beer’s surface and excellent lacing. Aromas of some bready, slightly toasted, malts and some floral, grassy, earthy, slightly citrusy hop notes. Flavors of some bready, lightly toasted malts and all of the aforementioned hop notes. A decent enough overall flavor profile. Has a crisp, also smooth, light to medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish. Not too shabby, but not all that good of a beer either.

A: crystal clear; medium gold in color; 1 finger finely pored ivory head that receded to a wispy cap with a moderate collar; no lacing;
S: not especially aromatic; what's there is non-descript citrus, but with an off putting sourness;
T: also not especially flavorful; non-descript citrus as well; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: off putting aroma; not enough flavor; not enough bitterness;

Reviewing this beer from memory. My nineteenth brew reviewed from these guys. Like most beers from Boston Beer Company, also known as Sam Adams, this is just ok.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Pours orange yellow with a fluffy white head. Smells of citrus hops. Tastes of sweet citrus and grain. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of orange, grapefruit, caramel and resin. Sweet caramel maltiness with citrus and a piney bite.

Poured from bottle into glass, good 2+ finger cream colored head, good retention and lacing. Crystal clear golden in the glass, looks like a German Pils, beautiful. Fresh Pineapple and citrus on the nose. Taste is well kinda like it looks. It taste somewhat like an over hopped pilsner. Not enough to put it in IPA range. Getting sweet grain on the front, the citrus does come thru in the middle, the pineapple to my palate is pretty much non existent. Drinks well for a pilsner, and not a bad drinking beer, but to call it an IPA is falling short.

Pours clear bright yellow, small short-lived white head, minimal lacing. Aroma is fresh hops, citrus and corn. Flavor follows the nose, a bit sweet up front with a nice pop from the hops in the finish. Feel is light bodied and well carbonated. Overall, a nice refreshing beer.

Reviewed from the bottle enjoy before Feb notch 6.2% 40 IBU. The aroma is mild with citrus and pine. The taste is vague piney and citrus over neutral malt. Moderate bitterness. Mouthfeel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, ordinary.

Gold in color with vibrant carbonation bubbles. Light, sudsy lacing is present. There’s a fingernail of dishwater white around the rim and covering nearly all of the top. The aroma is of grassy to piney hops. I’m tasting grassy to piney hops. The mouth is snappy and crisp.

Part of the 2023 Beers for Cheer pack.
Appearance: Pours a crystal clear, bright yellow body with a white, small-sized head.
Smell: Lightly sweetish aroma scented of pineapple, lemon-lime and a noted resiny, mint leaf accent. Background bready malts.
Taste: Sweetish maltiness, lightly bready with a rock candy sweetness. Tropical pineapple, citrus with a resiny element and a earthy mint vibe (a bit Sabro-esque). Okay, okay, so I'll admit it, I made a face each and every time I sipped it. And eventually gave up on it.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-light carbonation.
Overall: I thought this would be at least all right, at least sorta decent. It wasn't, really.
