This is a simple, hazy, easy-drinking beer in the Sam Adam's summer mix-pack. It is an apricot color with a thick and long lasting head. The lace is nice. The aroma has a little fruit-forward hop notes. The taste is balanced, and it is medium-light in body. There isn't anything outstanding, but it would be nice on a hot day.

Look - 12 oz can poured into a half liter glass. lemon yellow in coloar, hazy, with a huge head and excellent lacing retention.
Smell - fresh citrus and citrusy hops, with underlying mixed tropical fruits thats more subdued.
Taste - like a NEIPA in terms of juiciness, but with a cleaner, slightly bitterer aftertaste. mostly citrus, and very light fruity sweetness in the finish as well. flavor profile on the ligther side.
Feel - medium body (but on the lighter side), above average carbonation, and pretty standard in ABV at 5.5%.
Overall - a summer-esque APA with a bit more hoppy bite than a typical summer ale, but still quite light and easy drinking.

Pool Party pours a hazy, yellow/orange color with a large, frothy, long-lasting head. The aroma has a nice dried tropical fruit note. The flavor has notes of dried tropical fruits and lots of flavor, with a bit more of a bitter undertone. It has a good feel. Overall, it is a very hazy pale ale. It has lots of flavors, is dry, and is a bit more bitter.

12oz can. Poured out a slightly hazy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lace. Sweet fruity nose with toasted caramel and floral notes. Fruity taste with caramel and a mild bitterness.

Fun little summer offering here, worth checking out. Normal hazy appearance and characteristics on the look, fairly light bodied and smooth with notes of grapefruit peel and floral hops, some grassy bitterness as well. Pleasant, if nothing special.

Poured from can to Sam tulip glass before code date. Nose was somewhat underwhelming flower stone fruit combo but the color….color is the benchmark for a hazy pale ale. Taste was clean crisp tangerine or orange mix. Overall a fantastic summer beer as it was intended but can stay seasonal

Admittedly, I am not a big fan of most IPAs, so that influences my ratings. It came as part of a Sam Adams variety pack. If you like Rheingeist Truth, you will like this beer., I had it straight from a can , so I don't know how it looked, Smelled heavy pine with some fruitiness. Taste follows the smell, with a bitter finish, more than I expected. IPA fans should try this one

Drinkable, sessionable and not terrible. It's the weakest APA you'll have as it has very little ibus. It is a perfect mid-day summer beer tho. Won't blow your socks off but it's cheaper and summer.

Pours hazy bright yellow with a thick white head, leaves generous lacing. Aroma is fresh citrus, oranges, tangerines etc....
Flavor follows the nose, a touch sweet with very slight hop bite. Feel is crisp and well carbonated. Overall, a nice summer beer.

Poured from a can into a tulip glass.
Look: Dark yellow with a small, white head.
Smell: Fruity, juicy hop aroma bursting out of the glass. Mango maybe? It's very tropical. There's just a little malt sweetness in the background. Maybe a honey note and a little lemon citrus.
Taste: Much more tame than the nose. The malt is more pronounced all the way through. It's got a very citrus, crackery vibe. The flavor profile is bright. It starts out malty, you get a light flash of hops, then it finishes with a bit more malt. Short finish.
Feel: Light to medium bodied. Moderately crisp and somewhat refreshing.
Overall: This really would be good poolside.

Poured out of a 12 oz. can into my Sam Adams perfect pint glass, this beer pour is a cloudy/hazy light to medium golden color with a nice, fluffy looking white head that’s about an inch thick one first poured. Head settles eventually to a very thick surface coating with good retention and excellent lacing. Aromas of some bready malts along with grapefruit and orange rind and some herbal hop notes. A very similar profile with the aforementioned bready malts along with grapefruit, honeydew melon and orange rind notes along with an herbal, slightly earthy hop bitterness. Has a crisp, also smooth and frothy, light to medium body mouth feel with light to moderate carbonation. Has a clean, slightly to somewhat dry finish, and all of the flavors linger nicely on my palate for a bit after each sip for the aftertaste. An enjoyable beer, but not a good representation of the pale ale beer style. Overall, drinks much more like an IPA.

12oz undated can.
Pours hazy yellow with an inch of white head. Moderate retention and lacing. Mild notes of melon, unripe peach in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Citrus on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Faint apricots honeydew. Finishes fairly dry and a bit watery.

12oz can stamped JUL 2024 poured into a perfect pint glass at fridge temp 5.5 % ABV 30 IBU per can. The beer pours hazy, dull amber with off white head. The head recedes to an uneven ring and single layer of bubbles. Slight lacing. The aroma is moderate in strength featuring sweet orange and grapefruit. The taste is bittersweet with minimal malt presence and heavy influence of hop provided citrus notes. Moderately bitter, probably seems more than the IBU number would point to due to the lack of malt backbone. Feel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, unbalanced to my taste for a pale ale.

Light golden color with lasting white cap.
Aroma of sharp generic citrus and floral/spicy hops.
Flavors of sharp, pithy citrus supported by equally sharp hops. Sounds monotonus but the balanced combination actually works.
Medium texture with abundant carbonation.
Overall the lack of sweetness makes for a crisp, refreshing drink.
