"Big Z Pilsner is crisp, clean, and commanding, brewed in the spirit of a towering presence who led by example. Straw-gold and brilliantly clear, it balances subtle malty sweetness with delicate floral and herbal hop notes. Light-bodied with a fast, dry finish, it’s smooth, steady, and built for legends. "

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a deep golden honey color with a one finger head of fluffy white foam. The head fades rather fast, leaving a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heavy o fa grainy smell mixed with notes of herbal and earthy hop. Along with these smells comes a little bit of caramel and a touch of lemon.
Taste – the taste begins with a grainy cracker malt flavor mixed with some of the herb and earth that were in the nose. The sweetness is very light, with just a touch of caramel and honey, along with a hint of orange citrus. As the taste advances the grainy gets even more intense, all while the sweet fades even more. A touch of hay and must come on at the very end, combining with the rest and leaving one with a grainy and moderately hopped (at least for a pilsner) taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body is crisp with a more moderate carbonation level.
Overall – A pretty nice pilsner with a moderately dank nature. Pretty good overall.
