Had this at the brewery in JP, a most excellent white pillowy head formed after pouring and the thick orange golden hue showes some haze. Aromas of fresh malt, herbal hop and a hint of alcohol hit the nose hard.
Big juicy palate of sweet lightly toasted malt, fresh oily hop and vaguely fruit alcohol. Within the balance are some explosive and complex flavours. My vote is to get rid of the Spring Ale and bring this one in as the seasonal for good.
