On tap at the brewpub, served in a pint glass
Pours a pale watery yellow color and is slightly hazy.
Smell is a faint floral scent. A light lemon blossom fragrance.
Taste is sweet with a secondary bitterness that tastes like water melon rind.
Mouth feel is crisp, light and clean. Moderate carbonation
