330 ml bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 5.5%. Hazy straw colour, moderate white head. The aroma is fresh, spicy and lightly fruity. Light bodied and refreshing. Very dry, woody and spicy flavour, with a sharp bitterness in the finish. Smells better than it tastes, but not bad overall.

It is light and crisp as it should be but the head retention disappoints and the flavour is off. A strange bubblegum note dominates the palate in an unpleasant way which detracts from the key yeast esters and phenols that characterise the style.
