Being the first review here, I should tread softly. I'm not experienced in the fruited sour; being a malt-head and a saison traditionalist. That said, Oil Cup was deliciously refreshing.
For Looks, I'm used to red fruits; but this peachy pale is inviting enough. Smells are mostly pineapple and promise punch. Same in the attack, but tart oranges in the after-Taste. Palate-cleansing with cloying. An Achievement.
This is my first from 450 North, so I went on their website. This is decade-old a family micro-brewer with a gastro pub offering a generous thoughtful array of pizzas and sandwiches. They also happen to be in my favorite town in Indiana (Columbus) that has more architectural jewels per capita than any place on Earth. For all that, I give them some special Overall Hugs.
