A Traditional Pilsner Dry Hopped with Citra Hops. A fan favorite, brewed in collaboration with our Hometown Baseball Club “The Staten Island Pizza Rats” (Alter Ego of The Staten Island Yankees). This beer is what local collaboration is all about.

Pours a clear golden straw color with visible carbonation. A large foam head retains well and leaves lots of thick lacing.
The nose highlights bready malts as well as floral and citrusy hops. Aromas of orange, lemon, cracker, biscuit and grass.
The taste is clean with a bready, biscuity and cracker malt base we’ll balanced by a gentle bitterness. Notes of orange, lemon, grass, floral and lightly peppery spices.
Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Finish is crisp and dry. The carbonation is lively.
A well hopped Pilsner that is very drinkable. I would have again.

Can purchase on the ferry to Williamsburg in New York City.
This one pours a clear golden yellow color, with a small head and lots of lacing.
This smells like crisp and slightly grainy pilsner malt, some sweetness, and a bit of spicy hop character.
The aroma is better on this one, as it’s sort of just bitter with not much else in the taste. It doesn’t taste bad, it’s just a bit boring.
This one is crisp, mostly clean, and pretty drinkable, with a smooth finish.
This wasn’t too bad, it was just a little unexciting.
