Poured from a 750 ml bottle. No "best by" date, but purchased 5 months ago.
L - poured with a three finger thick, frothy head, slightly off-white. Still 1/2 inch of thick foam after 6 minutes. Foam still covering surface after 17 minutes.Somewhat cloudy in appearance. Lots of carbonation.
S - sourness overwhelms. Some lemon.
T - this beer went sour. No bitterness present, some wheat, a touch of oak.
F - medium body, lots of carbonation, quite sour.
O - I don't think this beer was intended to be sour. Odd that it would turn sour after only 5 months after purchase (mostly kept refrigerated). Actually, I didn't mind it being sour, even though that was likely not the intention. I enjoy sours. I wish I could have tasted it as it was intended. I rated the Taste low only because it was not what was intended, not that I didn't enjoy it.

S - Earthy, straw, barnyard, dry oak, very dry aroma.
T - Light yeast, barnyard, dry oak tannin, dried lemons.
M - Full medium body and very dry on the finish.
O - Thick for a Saison but this beer totally works.
