Pours a deep gold. Thin foam. Not much of an aroma. Sweet toasted coconut body. Creamy smooth. Prominent coconut finish. A solid cream ale.

A: Bright orange with a clean lager crispness and clarity. Tons of explosive macro-bubbles rage in a fizzy fit, with a quickly dissipating dirty white head atop.
S: Yeasty lager scents and coconut with toasted almond. Slightly above strength per style but wish it had a bit more coconut kick. Light milky caramel undertones.
T: The flavor was sweet coconut-pina colada with some tropical pineapple and orange subsets. Sweet kiwi-strawberry and coconut custard pie. There is a nice toasty caramel and custard flavor along with some ripe peach and slightly dry orange peel hints on the finish.
M: Good medium full body has a slick and smooth feel.
O: A sweet flavor with a nice toasty coconut flair that gets progressively better. A very good/full body, good toasted influence that brings some jazz to an other wise mundane style.

On tap at Stoneyard Brewing Company in Brockport, NY.
This one pours a golden yellow color, with a small quarter inch head, and a bit of lacing.
Smells unbelievably strongly of coconut, toasty and slightly sweet, with some vanilla, and toasted oats.
This is possibly the strongest and most authentic coconut flavor I've ever gotten out of a beer, it's absolutely insane. It's got such a fresh, strong and inviting toasted coconut flavor, earthy, toasty, and sweet, with some vanilla cream, sugar cookie malt, and a bit of oatmeal flavor. This is an insane and decadent treat reminiscent of a coconut macaroon. This is a cream ale?
This is light bodied, with a slightly creamy mouthfeel, and a normal level of carbonation.
This is really, really good. It invokes the feeling of a Funky Buddha dessert beer. I absolutely love this beer.
