On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
This pours a bright and slightly hazy orangish yellow, with a small head, and random splotches of lacing here and there.
Smells like orange, peach, pineapple, and grapefruit, with some mild pine.
This is near perfect. It's a real nice marriage of citrusy hops, orange and grapefruit, with some minor peach and pineapple too, and a slightly bitter finish. There's no real malt character here, the hops take all of the stage.
This has a very crisp mouthfeel- cleanly fermented and crisp and juicy.
One of their best yet. I love it.
