On tap at McCann's Local Meats in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a hazy golden and bright orange, with a small head, and a good amount of lacing.
Smells crisp and fruity, with mango, pineapple, and grapefruit, lots of pine, and a clean grassiness.
This is another attempt for them at a NE-style IPA. It's not quite the soft juice bomb you expect from the style, but it's still very good. It's got a much more bitter finish than the classic examples of the style. There's a lot of zesty and crisp fruit up front though, the Citra sings here, with orange and pineapple, and lots of pine. There's not much in the way of a malt backbone.
This is light bodied, and very crisp, with a clean finish.
Stoneyard continues to impress- they make the best beer in Rochester area.
