Snicker Doodle Custard Cream Ale

Yum on this one. I cracked it open and a peep of smooth foam poked out, unleashing a whiff of cinnamon and vanilla cream. It certainly smells like a snickerdoodle, even moreso like a cinnamon bun or some kind of cinnamon vanilla ice cream. The feel is super smooth, like a nitro. Pouring it in unleashes a beautiful lightish gold color with a nice large lasting white foam. It's a well made adjuncted cream ale. Overall, when poured into a glass the feel quickly becomes fairly flat which is not surprising for a cream ale, but what remained in the can retained a nice carbonated feel. Overall this is highly recommend for those who like sweeter beers and cream ales.

 

 

Rich and very sweet - too sweet for me actually - this is a fairly big-feeling cream ale with ample custard and vanilla impressions... Full-bodied, soft, sweet, and dessert-like, it is probably going to be a love it or leave it kind of beer...
