A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high head that left a narrow collar around the edge and a thin layer of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of key lime are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a light- to moderate amount of sourness. There are some hints of graham crackers.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This sour is easy to drink and could make for a nice dessert beer.
