This experimental project is based on an American Wheat beer which we have added roasted beets and ginger to the mash turn, as well as a secondary "beeting" during fermentation. The color matches its name, and glows magenta. Ginger is present on the nose and is slightly spicy on the finish, with a perfect balance of earthy notes from the beets.
