We came in to eat at the deli, the Bashful Bison, which is connected to Hay Camp. We ate in the bar, and I tried several brews, all of which were solidly tasty. Everyone in my party enjoyed the food, so I would note that for future visits.

This is a great place. It is located in an old auto dealership that has been nicely rebooted. There is a main room with the large bar and a secondary space that was fully occupied. There is also an outdoor patio.
The bartender told me most of the wood accent pieces, bar and tables came from the Homestead Mine and was reworked by the owner. He did a great job! I liked the use of old railroad rails as foot rests.
The service was super friendly and was able to fill us in the beers, the building, etc.
Beers were very good. I liked my Czech Pilsner& Extra Special Dakota. My group also raved about the cliché IPA (hazy of course..) They also offered sours, stouts, etc.
No food was offered.

Visited with my brother and wife. The place is tiny and cool. Talked to the server for a while and one of the brewer/owners for a while. All the beers we had were well made. I would have liked to try the barrel aged imperial stout they were opening the next day, but it was not to be.
No food available. Prices reasonable. Only four or five taps, but not a bad selection.
