draught
At Columbus location.
Brewed with red plum & Elderflower.
Slightly hazy, quite pale rose color. Tart, herbal aroma, with some sour fruit. Some light toasted malt shows up, behind the medium tart flavor, with a whiff of bitterness. A slightly sour, red stone fruit (plum) flavor, is also present and a hair bitter on the finish.

I tried this beer at the brewery in Columbus as part of their "The FR" five sample flight. It poured a grapefruit juice mauve color with white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had floral notes with hints of ripe dark fruit. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet ripe fruit malt base and subtle potpourri tones. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.
