Black color . Big, tanned head. Aroma of roasted malt, milk chocolate, and a hint of vanilla. Moderately sweet, malty taste with notes of toasted malt and light, roasted bitterness at the end.

Interesting that this was canned off-premises as Forbidden Root always struck me as proprietary in soul and practice.
But Panda Party works. It Looks great, nice mocha foam that recedes like most Scharzbiers. Smells definitely are marshmallow and smoke. Initial Taste is slightly artificial (maybe the vanilla could be better), but that also recedes and gets in balance toward the finish which is sweet. In my mouth, I'd like more viscous as I drank this for dessert; but it is a lager after all and it is good enough to repeat.
