I tried this on tap at Chatty Monks -served chilled in a glass
The color is a golden shade with light haze and thick white head with fine bead. The smell is faintly fruity with floral hop and yeast dominant with a vinous quality and slight spice quality. The feel is tangy with yeast in the initial with light sweetness mid palate and moderately low carbonation with slight alcohol texture and mostly dry finish.
The taste is yeast oriented with a vinous quality reminiscent of white wine with light herbal hop compliment and slight spice element in the yeast flavor with mild malt and slight chalky dry taste in the finish. Overall very good taste wise but exceedingly dry as it warms which is okay but it goes a little overboard in that direction to me
