On tap at the source, the brew appears a very pale yellow color with white cap. The aroma is a bit dull with faint yeastiness, clove and wheat. The taste and feelnwas quite a bit diluted like water and a saison were blended together. I enjoy a good grisette and this one was a little lackluster but still fitting of the style I guess.
