Chatty Monks Brewing "PA Pride 9.0"
$5/pint via nitrogen dispense on tap at Punch Buggy Brewing, Philadelphia, PA
Look: A hazy copper colored body is capped by a creamy head of white foam. Very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Malty sweet, caramelish, leafy and lightly floral with noble English hops.
Taste: The taste follows the aroma with a median bitterness that leads to a mostly dry finish with earthy, spicy, woody, grassy, and floral hops lingering.
Feel: Medium bodied and smooth due to a moderate carbonation and nitrogen dispense.
Overall: Quite nicely done! It's well rounded, perfectly balanced, and complex enough that it keeps your attention.
