Our Fall 2022 Verses product is an Oenobeer, a rare fermentation that includes the intricacies of winemaking and beermaking. This beer/wine hybrid is a beautiful fusion recipe barrel-aged on petit verdot grapes. This season’s recipe was born from many collaborators in addition to John Stemler, our head brewmaster including Adam Crockett, Brandalyn Armstrong, and Tanya Lawrence.

Taster at Chatty Monks. Clear ruby pour, flat. Aroma is fruity, grapes and cherries, wine notes. Taste is fruity, red grapes, mild sourness, cherries.
