Sorry, hops get us a little excitable at times. Fresh hopped beers are brewed once a year, during hop harvest, and it’s the freshest your beer will ever taste. That’s because while Lance gets the brew started, Collin and Zack drive out to Parma to get bags and bags of hops right as they’re picked off the vine and race back to add them at the very end of the boil. The result is wonderfully bright and aromatic. It doesn't get any closer to the farm than that!

cascade and chinook in the balanced wet hop pale, one of the better local wet hopped brews i have had this year and a pretty easy drinking pint. i think these are the main hops available here in idaho in wet hop form, between these two and the idaho 7, its about all i have seen, so the flavor profile of everyones pale i suppose has been a little samey, but im not going to complain when the beer tastes like this. some candied orange from the chinook, some grassy spiciness and woodsy pine from the chinook, and they seem about equally proportioned here, neither rising above the other in aroma or flavor. simple grain base, maybe just pale two row, nothing to it at all, medium body feeling through with the wet hop oils in it and the off dry linger at the end, but not a ton of flavor from it, nothing on the fermentation side either, the hops just drive this. some juicy orange, a bit of a bitter pop, and some sticky weedy character on the swallow, all real desirable and good, this tastes like fresh cones smell, and thats a good thing. not overly aggressive either, which i appreciate, this is a drinking beer, a high volume take on the style. real tasty!
edit: this is even better in 2020, not sure if the hops used have changed or if these guys are just getting it more dialed in, but a lovely punchy hop center here and a mellow finish, very much a pale still, some but not too much bitterness, and very clean to finish. have to improve a few scores from the original review. one of the better local wet hop beers this year!

Nice pour from the CSB growler fill. Light orange/copper with a soft head, lots of lacing. Hoppy citrus aroma, taste is more citrus (grapefruit), with a nice clean finish. Yummy!

Draught at the brewery tonight with Ditmier... Pours a fairly clear light amber.. decent enough white head with good lacing.. Grassy hoppiness is the big player with a lesser citrus component and just enough pale malt to balance.. crisp, tasty and very drinkable. Well done.
