On tap a few nights ago at the brewery... Just getting to the notes tonight... Pours a hazy orange with honestly a little orange tinge to the head... decent lacing and retention. Nose is traditional Belgian phenolic notes and a little pear ester, perhaps some peach if I try, but it isn't pronounced at all. Flavor is clovey with a little pear/green apple... again, the peach is there, but could use more umph to help with the distinction. Body is a bit thick IMO probably accentuated by much too little carbonation.
Decent... I see the bones of a good saison, but needs dialed in.
