Dedicated to our first client, the Roosevelt Market. Hopped like a pale ale with pine and citrus character and a dry finish accentuated by the rye malt. Caramel malts and melanoiden malt give it the red hue. Hop forward but well balanced.

At the brewery, this was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-clear amber to red color. A bar pour's kind of slim white head dissipated immediately. Barely any lacing.
The smell had a nice blend of spicy rye with some bitter citrusy hops.
The taste copies the smell nicely sliding between the bitter and the sweet.
The mouthfeel was about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionable bitter feel to it.
Overall, really nice rye beer, it shows all of the nice qualities of one.

On tap at the brewery. One of my favorites so far from this brewery. Perfect mix of rye, malts, and hops. Extremely tasty stuff, smooth, slightly sour and a hint of bitter hops at the end. All comes together excellently. Kudos for an exceptional beer.

draft at the brewery for a fantastic $2.50 for a pint on Tuesdays... Mostly clear amber red, sudsy off white head shows okay retention with minimal lacing. Crisp pale malt with nice rye.. Good bitterness and citrus hops...well made.. Finishes nice and dry really amplifies the drinkability in my mind.
