Spoiled Brat is a highly carbonated "Lambic style" ale. We infuse pineapple and ginger with champagne-like yeast, then slightly hopped for a mild fruity Island flavor. Served in a champagne flute, it’s called our “Tropical Beer Mimosa”, and is sure to please.

Appearance: Cloudy, golden with hints of orange. The head quickly faded
Smell: Smelled like the perfume department in a department store mixed with old pineapple juice. No detectable funk or fruitiness from the bacteria.
Taste: No detectable sourness. Weirdly sweet and tasted like it smelled. What I would imagine drinking a bottle of perfume would taste like.

Overall: Calling this is a lambic is a serious insult to the lambic brewers of Belgium. One of the most disgusting beers I have ever had the displeasure of tasting.
