Joshua’s Red has rich malt flavors of caramel and burnt sugar then lightly hopped as not to interfere with its malt profile. This is a very easy drinking beer and smooth on taste. “Erin go Bragh”.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Pours deep red with a small slightly off white head. Smells of some malt but pretty weak. Tastes of darker roasted grain and slight creaminess. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall a very good beer.

Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has a bronze/amber color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of caramel malts. Taste is mild, malts, some caramel, just a touch of hops. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall, not bad tasting, but boring, kind of like an Irish Red Ale Light.

Has a beautiful deep clear red with a short-lasting off-white head. It leaves a sheet of tight mostly soapy lasting. The aroma is mild, slightly biscuity with a hint of sweetness. The flavor is just a little off. A metallic tang overwhelms the lighter malt flavors. The body is on the lighter side with a substantial carbonation tingle.
