Dragon’s Moon is a light bodied wheat beer that is long on flavor. With a note of fresh honey and vanilla, it creates a smooth creamy finish that’s inviting to the palate. When the full moon rises, “Come fly with the Dragon.”

I had this on tap at the source, enjoyed chilled in a pint.
The color is slightly darker than some -medium amber with mild haze and white head. The smell is faintly wheat scented with spiced ester and light citrus aspect in the peripheral with gentle indication of Belgian yeast. The feel is good with chewy creamy and tangy texture with light yeast tinge and moderate carbonation with light hint of phenolics with dry nutty finish.
The flavor is good with slight tanginess creamy accent with light wheat malt -cereal effect with mild spice and peppery accent with light yeast continuing and mild citrus element toward the finish. Overall a good wheat, pretty tame and could use more belgian character, but decent for what it is -a drinkable summer ale with mild phenolics. I would recommend this to fans of wheat beers in general.
