Giving this beer a high taste score because it displayed some many distinct flavors that play off each other. It is lemony,grassy, has leathery funk, a good amount of fry white wine, even tart apples and some plum. Tart yet some sweet spiciness. It is good!
Had it from draft into a snifter. Bright clear golden yellow color with minimal head and lacing. I will get it again. Love the beers I have had from this brewery!

4oz pour into a snifter at Brouwer's.
Clear golden in color, moderate head for a sour. Smell is tart but vague -- no outstanding characteristics.
Taste is moderately tart, a little bit of a straw. A little bit of bitterness.
Mouthfeel is nice, slightly silky. In the direction of Cantillon's gorgeous mouthfeel, but not there. Overall, not a bad beer -- just somewhat nondescript.
