Poured from tall pint can to glass pint with nice white fluffy foamy cap, golden clear yellow color. Clean crisp notes of fresh Viking malts and straw. Fresh cold 4-pack mixer straight from Macleod Ale brewing in Van Nuys. Cheers to a really good micro “Viking Pilsner” at 5.2% ABV.

Poured from pint can to a pilsner glass, (canned on Jan 24, so 3 weeks ago)...fresh!
Beautiful clear and straw color with persistent bubbling from the bottom, foam is white and not huge, but laces nicely and keeps a thin layer for a good while.
Smells of typical bread and lemon, very pleasant nose that doesn't fade.
Taste is malt, sourdough, slightly grassy with a nice hop note, it's a classic pilsner.
Feel is crisp, light, enticing.
Well done in all regards...give me more of this pils, it's outstanding.
