L: golden hue rather appealing
S: honey, apples, saison yeast banana esters
T: honey again. Banana, malts, touch of heat
O:a pleasant hybrid, tastes of a farmhouse tripel. Apple honey when cold and hop bitterness and a touch of farmy funk when warming. I am drinking in Brisbane so the temp changes on a beer are pronounced. Would have again. The Australian craft scene is seeming to be exploding right now.
