I had this on draft 11/16/23 @ the Hopleaf.
Opaque orange/yellow appearance.
Big white head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lacing remained.
Banana, black pepper & faint sea salt notes in the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Banana & mild orange peel flavors up front; sea salt notes on the finish.
A bit harsh for me, but drinkable in a pinch.

On tap at Belmont Station.
Mildly yeasty and frothy, this is yellow with a dense off-white head. The nose is unique with a blend of classic saison yeast character, extra warm yeast fermentation character and even a little funk. Spice, overripe pear, melon, yeasty esters and phenols, this is yeast overload. Intriguing.
