Received via a proxy/trade hybrid with @turkeysdrinkbeer in February 2022, and drunk in November that year.
L: A bright, peach-coloured ale, with a thin white rim of foam at the edge of the glass and minimal carbonation making its way up the column of beer
A: Smells like a ripe orchard, with fruit on the ground that has begun to ferment. There's a strong, funky yeast aspect overlaying everything.
T: Taste is peaches and other stone fruit, yeast, wet hay, funky fermenting fruit, peppery spices, candied lemon, and grass.
M: Mouthfeel is sharp and prickly. Despite the lack of visible carbonation in the glass, there's a lot of carbon dioxide absorbed in this beer.
O: This is a nice beer. I keep thinking I don't particularly like farmhouse beers yet keep being surprised by how much I like them when I drink them...
Cheers!

Drinking this at The House of Hops Tap Room in Pittsboro NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Appears golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped to a thin cap.
Smells, yeasty, bready, cloves, coriander, light banana and bread.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice Saison that I might order again.
Cheers!

Very earthy and herbal with some pear and apple esters in both aroma and flavor with more pilsner malt sweetness in the flavor. Feel is okay, not dry enough for me for this style. I enjoyed it alongside grilled halibut with lemon butter.

Nice balance between a dry Saison and a malty one. Tastes best before it warms. Bought a case while in Richmond.

On-tap at Club Level Grill, Richmond Airport Terminal B, Richmond, VA
A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount fo visible carbonation along with light hues of amber. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that has good retention properties and never completely faded away.
S: Light aromas of farmhouse yeast are preset in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of yeast along with hints of grainy malts.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and isn't as spicy compared to some of the other beers in the style.
Serving type: on-tap

Pours light golden, minimal head dissipates quickly. Smells of belgian yeast, lemon. Taste is bready, lemon with some white pepper and light fruity notes. Mouthfeel is not as lively as I would like from a saison. Decent offering but not amazing.
