Can: Poured a clear pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light dry rustic malt notes with slight peppery yeast notes. Taste is also a mix of rustic malt notes with some light peppery yeast and light dry hoppy notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well made saison with good drinkability.
