Poured into a balloon glass.
A- Nice red color, little foam collar wich keep up
S- Smell the Beets pretty much. Not a smell we get often. Smell herbs/spices too.
M- We get both taste salty and fruity. And sweetness from the beet is really good. I like the sugar/salt duo its pretty interesting for my part. There is a touch of smoked malt at the end wich erase the other aroma and reset the taste with a good slightly smoke final.
O- Really original and well done. It's a pretty unique beer in the fruit style beer.
