Thanks Mike. The appearance was an amber color with a sly transparency about it. Moderate carbonation could be seen rising to fill a finger’s worth of white foamy head. Sly lace. The aroma seemed to blend fairly well between some sweet and tart cherry to some sweet wheat. Light citrus at the end. The flavor tried to blend the sweet to the tart but seemed to keep the sweet side of the cherries blending with the wheat. Tartness seemed way more faded here. Mostly sweet cherries and wheat in the aftertaste. Not much of a finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Light carbonation. ABV felt as projected by the brewer, I didn’t mind it being a touch higher than what I normally have in fruit beers. Overall, pretty good fruit beer, though I couldn’t really tell what kind of cherries were used, I’d still have again.
