Drinkable, earthy and grassy hops, well balanced.

Bottle from Bert's
Pours a slightly hazy golden with a hint of amber in it and a stingy off white head that leaves a small amount of sticky lace. What an odd beer. Bready grainy caramel maltiness with hints of green apple, lemon pledge, and pine needles. The flavor is sweet bready caramel with bits of the aromas to counter. There a faint yeasty character deep down in there. I watched a video from the brewer that called this a Mild ale, but what I'm drinking is so not that. I could drink this, but I think some wild yeast are at play here and the original intent for this beer is gone from my bottle.
